I’m Toyin Taiwo, a British Nigerian storyteller, author, director and educator.

I create work across theatre, film, books and education. What excites my imagination is telling authentic stories that feel honest, layered and emotionally true.

My background as an educator shapes the way I tell stories. I’m drawn to work that can move people, start conversations and create space for reflection. My creative practice is based on  performance, literature, education and work that connects to a cause.

Whether I’m writing fiction, directing performance, developing educational resources or creating content, my work is rooted in storytelling, creative purpose and a desire to make people feel seen.
